General Statement of Intent

SZBT takes seriously its members' right to privacy. This policy applies to all personal information that Academy collects, maintains, and uses to carry out its operations. Academy takes reasonable precautions to safeguard any personal information, ensure its security, and guard against any unauthorized access or improper use. Every piece of information is handled in compliance with the relevant laws.

Collection of Personal Information

At the time of registration, through the players registration form, and at other times based on special events and match plays, Academy will ask members to supply information. As a result, the information asked will vary depending on the reason for the collection. Name, age, home address, phone numbers, email addresses, and any medical information are among the details shared. In some cases, it will be necessary to provide specific details.

Storage of Personal Information

Academy maintains both electronic and paper records of academy membership information. All digital information is stored securely. The admin team assigned to the duty holding the data has rigorous control over who has access to it.

Use of the Personal Information

Personal data will be used by Academy to manage the teams within it. Also, it is used to confirm members' identities, react to inquiries, communicate with members, and register players with the association of the team they are playing for. In order to promote communication of team activities, the team setup, team communications, and team progress, members' data will be stored in teams on the Academy's website.

Updating of Personal Information and Circumstances

The Administration team must be notified of any changes to a member's personal information or circumstances, such as their change of address or departure from the academy. To ensure that all Company records are kept as precisely as possible, it is their duty to see that the Admin team is notified as soon as feasible.

Disposal of Personal Information

When necessary, data will be permanently and securely destroyed.

Data Retention

Unless otherwise agreed with the academy, data collected through registration is only retained while the user is an Academy member. For us to safely erase the data, any member departing Academy must notify us by sending an email to info@shuttlezonebt.com
