SESSION PAYMENT POLICY

 

SHUTTLEZONE BADMINTON TRAINING- SESSION PAYMENT POLICY

  1. All players should select the relevant packages when joining. Players are allowed to attend only the selected sessions. In case of any changes, it should be notified and agreed upon with Shuttlezone Admin Team.

  2. All coaching fees are on a “Pre-Pay basis.” Therefore, all payments must be made on or before the first session of every month for the member to be eligible to attend the coaching sessions.

  3. Payments can be made by Cash, Credit card, or direct deposit/transfer to a bank account.

  4. Payments (cash deposit/online transfer) to the bank account should be made to the account below. A copy of the deposit slip/transfer advice with the student's full name should be made. The administration will email a copy of the receipt.

  5. All new enrolments should make the payment on the first day of joining and will be charged only for the number of remaining sessions for the month on a pro-rata basis. However, for new enrolments after the 15th of the month, payment will be collected pro-rata for the current month and full payment for the next month in advance.

  6. All payments are non-refundable.

  7. Once registered with the Academy, fees will be charged monthly (September 2022 – June 2023) for the full month per the package selected.

  8. Fee waivers/adjustments will not be permitted under any circumstances unless a medical certificate is produced.

  9. Strictly, compensation for missed coaching sessions cannot be carried forward to the following month under any circumstances.

  10. The Academy reserves the right to revise the fees/charges, terms & conditions as and when required and shall communicate any such changes well in advance to all its members.
